Our company was designed mainly for equestrians. Our founder started out in the horse world at just 14 years of age and saw the vision to bring a product that would not only benefit the rider but also the leather industry. We strive ourselves in providing a product that brings old world traditions to the 21st century. The name Ovis is derived from the Latin word meaning sheep and since we use lanolin as one of our main ingredients, what better way to pay ohmage? Lanolin is derived from the wool of sheep which at one timew was the main source for leather conditioning. Together we have brought back these techniques to modern day and have seen how tradition can have a greater impact on a world that is always advancing.
